 Mickey
Kessler is a multi-million dollar sales producer with Coldwell
Banker. Mickey works out of the Brentwood Court sales office,
where he has been since 1991. Mickey is an Estates Director
and as such, he sells many estate properties. Mickey, however,
is by no means limited to selling estates.
Mickey has demonstrated exceptional sales
ability, excelling immediately (then with Fred Sands Realtors),
achieving membership in the coveted Founder's Circle in 1992.
This designation represents the top 1% of Fred Sands agents
company-wide in dollar volume production. This is an honor
few agents can claim. Since then, Mickey has built a legacy
of success having received Top Producer recognition every
year since.
Mickey Kessler forged his marketing skills
as a salesman at a prestigious Westside men's boutique where
he learned the value of hands-on customer service and relentless
follow-through. It was through this occupation that Mickey
met Fred Sands, who was one of Mickey's personal clients.
Mr. Sands had eagerly encouraged Mickey to pursue a career
in Real Estate. Recognizing Mickey's selling skills Mr. Sands
ultimately recruited Mickey into the company.
Mickey has an extensive background in
computers which he has integrated into his approach to selling
real estate. He has specially customized his computer for
tracking and handling his listings and buyers. This has set
him apart from most other Realtors and is one of his keys
to success. Although computerization is an important part
of Mickey's business plan, Mickey is fully aware of the importance
of the "personal touch" and believes in the importance of
a balance between both of these elements in being a successful
Realtor.
Mickey's networking and promotional skills
have quickly become legend among Realtors on the Westside,
offering lunches at his Broker's open houses, personal invitations
to Brokers, creative promotions, and so on. Mickey truly loves
what he does and has fun doing it.
Mickey is a consummate professional with
an obsession for perfection in every aspect of his real estate
practices. With his extensive knowledge and expertise, Mickey
will carefully guide you through every step of your real estate
transaction, bringing it to a very successful conclusion.
Mickey's Home Life
Mickey Kessler is a native of Los Angeles.
Having lived all over the Los Angeles area he has an extensive
knowledge of our great city. Mickey attended Cal. State University
Northridge, University of California at Santa Barbara and
Uppsala University in Sweden, where he studied water biology,
genetics and music. As a result of his years in Sweden, Mickey
speaks pretty fluent Swedish as well as a little French, Spanish,
Farsi, Armenian and Cerbo-Croatian.
A sports enthusiast, Mickey's winning
attitude has led him in many directions. He successfully coaches
his son Jordan's baseball and basketball teams. Mickey also
plays on the Coldwell Banker softball team and has recently
become a very devoted student of yoga.
Mickey is an accomplished musician who
had at one time recorded on several major record labels. Mickey
is still able to continue enjoying his love for music as he
now plays in a band with some fellow Realtors and parents
from his son's school.
In addition to his real estate activities,
Mickey's other passions include cooking, painting, reading,
WWII airplanes, Paleontology and of course spending quality
time with his wife Sindy, and son Jordan.
